Background - How did your (family’s) background play a part of your faith journey?

Beliefs - What is one of your most sincere beliefs? Explain one belief that have and then tell why you think others should have the same belief.

Bible - Tell me about the Bible and its importance in your life. What would be your advice to others about the Bible?

Blessings – You may have many blessings but what would you say are your greatest blessing? If you have been blessed then tell how you know this and explain why this may have come to pass.

Career – How has your career been a part of your spiritual life? Has God had a part in your career?

Children – What have you learned from your children? How have your children affected your life? What do you look forward to most in your coming years with your children and or your relationship with them?

Childhood – Tell a story about your childhood that involved a spiritual experience. What is your earliest recollection of knowing that here was a God?

Church – What role has the church played in your life? What would be your advice to your children and grandchildren regarding church?

Convictions – What are your strongest convictions and why? Describe how your convictions have guided you thus far in life?

Environment – Describe how you view yourself as an integral component of our environment? What knowledge or suggestions would you offer present and future generations regarding the environment?

Evangelism - Explain how in your life you personally have been involved in evangelism. Why is evangelism important?

Experiences – Tell about an experience in your life that helped your faith grow. What life learning experiences would you encourage others to consider and explain why.

Failures – Can you describe a failure in life that helped you grow emotionally or spiritually? Have you ever benefited from a failure in your life, explain how.

Forgiveness – How have you experienced forgiveness in your life? How important is forgiveness and why ?

Future – What do you see in your future? How does your faith affect your future ?

God – How do you know that God is real? How has God been personally involved in your life?

Memorial Request - We all have a wonderful opportunity to encourage others to support a meaningful organization in our life. What will be your memorial request?

Miracles – Do you believe in miracles?

Parenting - Raising kids can be a challenge and a blessing at the same time. Tell about your childrearing experiences and explain how your faith played a part in that journey? What are some important activities you did with or for your children to help them in their spiritual life? What advice would you give on this topic?

Passions - What have been your life’s passions? How have your passions made your life more meaningful? What passion are anticipating the most as you go forward in life?

People – What is the most significant thing that you have learned about people?
